All financial members of Pipe Bands Victoria are invited to attend and vote at the AGM, being held via Zoom only, on Sunday 9th November 2025 at 3pm.
See below for the Nomination Form for Executive Officer appointments and a Proxy voting form.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE KEY DEADLINES BELOW
Nominations for Executive Officer roles: due no later than 5pm 26th October.
Submission of proxy votes: due no later than 48hrs before the AGM, i.e. 3pm 7th November.
Late nominations and proxy submissions cannot be accepted.
